Paul Wilson
Paul has grown Catalyst from March '05. Before, he enjoyed over five years successful experience with one of the largest independent recruitment firms in the North East, with over four years being responsible for building a finance division from scratch.
Paul started in recruitment with a high growth, 3i backed, Leeds based executive search and selection consultancy. Earlier, his career began training for three years with a chartered accountancy practice in Newcastle.
Kim Lindsay
Kim now operates full time from Majorca in an administrative role. She joined Catalyst in March 2007 as a recruiter bringing five years experience running a growing department including responsibility for staff training. She also has a strong background in office management, administration and book-keeping.
Anna Ward
Supports growth activity in a research role.
Elaine Watson
With extensive experience, works part-time in administrative support.
Nicola Jones
Provides and deals with all accounting information.
