Recruitment experts Catalyst have expanded by taking on an additional recruitment consultant. Managing Director, Paul Wilson, decided to expand after a successful 12 months. Paul’s wife Ann Wilson joins the team as someone he could trust implicitly, who already possessed equal enthusiasm and vested interest in the welfare of the business; a perfect match along with her ideal skills and knowledge from years in commerce.
Ann was looking for a career change and a job that would allow her to spend more time with their young son. She has shone in her new role, recently introducing an Operations Manager to a new client and enjoying the challenge of her new career with the flexibility to spend more time with their young son. Ann said, “We’re mature about mixing work, home and family life and just get on with it. Working from home works well for us and our other home based employees.”
Paul added “Working together has been great. Ann has settled straight into her role and has been a great addition to the team. It’s really good to have another reliable, skilled and experienced pair of hands in the business. The appointment has allowed us to provide our clients with the high levels of service they have come to expect whilst also being able to spend more time with our son.”
Catalyst is now looking forward to a successful 2011 and Paul is looking forward to the day when his son is old enough to join what is now the ‘family business’.
