Installation & Customer Care Coordinator

£20,000 to £23,000 / Newcastle upon Tyne / Apr 2, 2019

Our client is a well-established, profitable and rapidly growing manufacturing company headquartered in the North-East. Due to continued growth and expansion, they require some dedicated Installation Coordinator & Customer Care professionals to join their team. 
This is a dual role, predominantly focused on Customer Care.  Ideally, you will have directly relevant experience in the manufacturing or house-building industry and be used to dealing directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Raising customer enquiries on internal and customer systems
  • Handling telephone queries from internal and external customers
  • Processing orders and reporting issues whilst ensuring that deadlines and service levels are achieved
  • Dealing with buyers, quoting prices and ensuring correct procedures are followed with reference to customer ordering and pricing
  • Supporting the field-based team
  • General administration duties
  • Undertake other such duties and responsibilities, as and when requested
 
Core Skills and Experience Needed
  • Previous experience in customer services in a relevant industry – manufacturing / house-building preferred
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail, as accuracy is important
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent timekeeping and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • Communicate well with people at all levels
