Incoming Data Controller

Top-tier professional services firm requires new Incoming Data Controller for its successful and growing Newcastle-based Financial Data and Analytics team that operates throughout the UK and is the largest of this company’s kind globally.
Working from a large city centre office serving clients a wider national team, ensuring on time delivery of inbound data as part of a growing, high performing team, your responsibilities as Incoming Data Controller will include:
• Chasing audit teams and clients for forecast and overdue data, resolving related issues
• Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met
• Execution of an effective and efficient process to manage inbound data
• Other administrative tasks to support the core delivery centre on an ad-hoc basis
• Integrated process management as part of the wider Data & Analytics team
• Working as part of a central delivery centre providing Data & Analytics services to colleagues across numerous UK offices
As Incoming Data Controller you will need/be: 
• Proven experience within a similar role (eg Data Controller, Data Administrator or Credit Controller, perhaps in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment)
• Exceptional discipline, drive and determination to meet performance targets and related KPIs
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Calm, comfortable and effective under pressure
• Cooperative and committed to team work
• The desire to learn and develop into the role
