Area Installations Manager (Scotland)

Established, profitable and consistently fast-growing manufacturing company requires Area Installations Manager to contribute to the delivery of increasing sales and profitability going forward. You will join a dynamic, successful team, founded over 50 years ago, proud of its high standard of product and excellent customer service.

As Installations Manager you will have full responsibility for leading and managing the installation service across Scotland, providing a high level of service clients, managing and co-ordinating sub contract fitters, ensuring company quality standards and ensuring agreed delivery timescales are met.

Your key responsibilities as Area Installations Manager role will include:

  • Co-ordinating Installation teams to meet the demanding quality and service requirements
  • Recruiting sub-contract labour to provide required levels of fitter capacity
  • Ensuring area performance targets are achieved
  • Administrative duties in accordance with the role
  • Promotion of the company’s beliefs and values


To secure the Area Installation Manager role you will need:


  • Successful recent experience as an Installations Manager, Contracts Manager or similar, preferably gained in a fast-moving furniture business and/or serving the construction sector
  • First class interpersonal skills, including managing people
  • A self-motivated, hands-on, cooperative and professional approach
  • To be organised and able to work effectively under pressure
  • A high standard of computer literacy
