Customer Service Manager

Established, profitable and consistently fast-growing manufacturing company requires Customer Service Manager to contribute to improving Customer Service and profitability going forward. You will join a dynamic, successful team, founded over 50 years ago, proud of its high standard of product and excellent customer service.

As Customer Service Manager you’ll play a key role in:

• Effectively owning and managing client relationships, particularly the most challenging people and situations

• Delivering he best possible "Rolls Royce" outcomes utilising all available resource where required

• Driving improvement in Customer Service quality and efficiency, people and processes/systems

• Understanding and liaising with Sales, Design, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Installation teams, supporting the delivery of business objectives

• Reporting to/for and liaising closely with the senior management team

As Customer Service Manager you will need:

• Successful and substantial recent experience gained in Customer Service Manager, Customer Care Manager or similar role - preferably in construction; housebuilding; with kitchen, bedroom or bathroom (KBB) supplier; or in furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE)

• Process improvement experience

• Highly emotionally intelligent, including - excellent communication skills; a positive, decisive, solutions-oriented, highly cooperative and customer-focussed approach

• Strong IT skills and commercial/financial awareness
