.NET Developer


Leading North East legal firm requires .NET Developer to join its IT development team to further enhance its existing internal and 3rd party/client facing applications and shape the development landscape within the organisation.

You will be responsible for all aspects of software development, managing and developing business systems as well as integration projects (including middleware) with third party software and applications.


Your duties as .NET Developer will include:


  • Development and maintenance of internal applications and new business solutions

·        Building and analysis of MI within the company to track and monitor perform and KPI’s

  • Working on various development projects as required by the business and to agreed timescales
  • Responsible for prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
  • Ensure that documentation is kept up to date once implementation work is completed
  • Keep up to date with technical knowledge and industry developments


As .NET Developer you’ll need:


  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer, with well established skills .NET, C#, MVC and JavaScript
  • Experience of developing CMS products – legal sector experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of SQL database structures and design
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with enthusiasm to learn the mechanics of complex case management system and business processes
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work on projects alone or as part of a team
  • Able to work out of hours as and when required for urgent development work/project implementation
