Our client, a law practice with two offices in Northumberland, has enjoyed a presence in the region for over 150 years. Specialising in Property, Personal and Family Law, they now seek an Office Administrator for their Blyth office.
As Office Administrator, you will:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of information
- Support the team with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing schedules
As Office Administrator, you will need:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
Salary & benefits:
