Our client, a law practice with two offices in Northumberland, has enjoyed a presence in the region for over 150 years. Specialising in Property, Personal and Family Law, they now seek an Office Administrator for their Blyth office. 

 

As Office Administrator, you will:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of information
  • Support the team with clerical duties such as typing documents, preparing reports, and managing schedules

 

 

As Office Administrator, you will need:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.

 

Salary & benefits:

·       £22,230

·       20 days holiday + bank holidays
