Following a year of sustained revenue growth and a successful doubling of our team, we now seek to recruit a talented and experienced recruitment consultant who can bring similar levels of market insight, determination and integrity to the team.
We recruit at management and executive level typically across Accounts/Finance, Data, Tech, Engineering & Manufacturing. Catalyst’s success is based on the quality of our delivery across a mix of retained, exclusive and contingent assignments which leads to valued, long-term client relationships.
As Recruitment Consultant, you will:
· Manage you own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle
· Attract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in person
· Source, vet, shortlist and propose suitable candidates
· Utilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignments
· Co-operate and collaborate closely with other team members
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sector
As Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
· Proven experience in Technical or Professional permanent/interim/contract recruitment
· A commercially astute mindset
· An ability to identify and acquire high quality new clients
· Experience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidates
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· A determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the job
